URBAN PEST MANAGEMENT

INTERIOR: All rooms including Bathroom, Kitchen, Laundry areas & Roof Voids
EXTERIOR: Garages, Garden Sheds, Outdoor Furniture, Pergola Areas, Entertainment Areas, Retaining Walls, Rockeries, Eaves & Gables, Windows, Perimeter of Home, Under House if accessible, Carports, Clotheslines, Wiz Bins & Letterboxes.

PESTS TREATED: Spiders, Large Cockroaches (not German cockroaches), and Ants (inside only), Silverfish, Rats & Mice.

WARRANTIES: 6 Month Free Service Period. (Excluding ants & German Cockroaches)
INTERIOR: Products can last up to 9-12 Months.
EXTERIOR: Products can last up to 9-12 Months.

All products used on the interior & exterior during treatment are Eco-safe and plant derived, no air borne sprays are used, safe for people, wildlife, pets (except fish) & most allergy sufferers. The client does not have to leave the premises at the time of service. (This is left up to the client’s discretion). MSDS sheets can be provided or viewed at request.

FLEAS

Areas Treated
Interior carpet treated, exterior grass & underfloor. This treatment may require a 4-6 week follow up visit/or ongoing monthly visits depending on the extent of the infestation, in which an extra charge will occur.

GERMAN COCKROACHES

Areas Treated
Gel treatment applied to infested areas i.e. electrical appliances and cupboards etc. This treatment may require a
4-6 week follow up visit or ongoing monthly visit depending on the extent of the infestation, in which an extra charge will occur.

TERMITE INSPECTIONS & REPORTS (AS3660.1)

A full written report completed by our technician. Report is done step-by-step checking & covering all parts of home and land for any incidences of termite activity. Once finished customer and technician will sign off the report and a copy will be given to the customer advising him/her what actions will be needed to treat (if any) an infestation of termites. The Report is also full of excellent tips and preventions for each and everyone’s individual situations to combat future infestations.

PRE PURCHASE TIMBER PEST REPORTS (AS4349.3)

A full written report completed by a qualified Timber Pest Technician. Report is done step-by-step checking & covering all parts of the home and land for any incidence of Timber Pest activity. Once the report has been completed the technician will contact the purchaser & give them a verbal summary of report. We will then post a copy of the report to the purchaser and/or fax the report directly to their nominated Solicitor or Conveyancing Company
