Starting August 2009, every month U-Link Card will hold a prize draw for our customers.

One lucky customer who has bought a product from any of our members will receive a $500 voucher redeemable via any ulinkcard member on your next purchase from any business within the ulinkcard.com.au network.

Promotional Period

The ulinkcard promotional draw will run for the 12 months commencing August, 2009 until July, 2010
The first draw will take place on the 5th September, 2009 to determine the August, 2009 winner.
Draws will take place on the 5th of every subsequent month until the 5th September, 2010 to determine the previous month’s winner.
The total retail value will be $6000 ($500 per month x 12)
There will be 12 winners in total – 1 per month

Entry Requirements:

This competition is open to all members of the general public over 18 years of age except: Employees of ulinkcard and any friends, family or relatives of ulinkcard employees
Entry requires entrant to have purchased an item or service of any value from a ulinkcard member
Entry is via the ulinkcard website at www.ulinkcard.com.au/monthly_draw.htm
Entry requires participants to register online with name, email address, contact phone number, supplier where product or service was bought, date of purchase and answer to the following question: “Pick the missing letter: _LinkCard”
Winner must have proof of receipt of purchase from a ulinkcard member

Draw:

Winning entry will be via barrel draw
Draw will take place on the 5 th of every month for the stated period
Although there is only one winner per month, 3 entries will be drawn in sequence so as that in the event of the winning entry being unable to show proof of purchase within 5 days, the next drawn entry becomes eligible for the monthly prize.

Prizes:

Prize is $500 per month for a period of 12 months ($6000 in total)
Prize is redeemable as a cash back offer for any one subsequent purchase at any ulinkcard member.
Prize is not given as cash
If a purchase is made for less than the full value of the $500 then the winner is agreeing to accept a lesser value prize money.
Prize is redeemable within 6 months of the draw in which they won their prize
Winner will be contacted by phone and email immediately after the draw and will have 5 days to show proof of purchase for the month in question.
Proof of purchase can be a copy of the receipt from a participating ulinkcard member and sent either via email, fax, post or delivered in person or submitted as an electronic copy at the time of registering.

General

ulinkcard reserves the right to cancel or change the prizes offered under this Promotion if there are any changes to the law which would or might render the Promotion or any prizes offered under the Promotion unlawful.
Decisions of the Management of ulinkcard are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these Terms and Conditions make no provision or in relation to which the relevant Terms and Conditions are unclear, ulinkcard reserves the right to make a decision regarding such situation or issue in it’s sole and absolute discretion and such decision will be final and binding.
This is a free entry Promotion
Directors, Management and employees of the ulinkcard are not eligible to enter into this Promotion.
Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entry into this Promotion assumes that you have read, understood and accepted these rules.
Participation in the Promotion confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions
ulinkcard reserves the right to delete users from the competition if we believe that any user has breached any of these rules
All details are retained for administrative purposes and for promotion of future competitions and events within the Company. No information will be disclosed to anyone outside of ulinkcard.
Prizes are only valid to the winner and cannot be transferred to another name or person.
ulinkcard reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of purchase from a registered ulinkcard member.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
Acceptance of the prize is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Should a winner consent to having his/her photograph taken, he/she consents to having his/her name and photograph published in any form of media and agrees to participate in any reasonable promotion requested by ulinkcard
The laws of the State of New South Wales govern the promotion.
The Promotion is authorized under NSW Permit No. LTPS/09/06053
